Submission
If you are interested in presenting a paper this year, please send a PDF version to cuea_smue@gsm.pku.edu.cn. We accept the submission of extended abstracts. However, all else equal, preference will be given to completed papers.
Conference Venue
Registration and keynote lectures will take place at Room 401 of the PHBS Building. Parallel sessions will take place at Rooms 423 and 425 of the same building.
Accommodation
There are many hotels nearby. Hotel comparison websites such as Ctrip.com provide many more options for a wide range of budgets.
As the summer is the peak tourist season, we recommend making hotel reservations in advance. We have collaborated with several hotels around the Peking University HSBC Business School to offer conference rates. The partner hotels are listed here for your convenience.
How to get here
•. Public Transportation
The public transportation network around Peking University Shenzhen Campus is highly convenient. We strongly recommend the following options:
- Metro: Take Metro Line 7 and alight at PKU Station (“北大站”). Follow signs for Exit C or D to reach the campus area. (To obtain the map and walking directions to the PHBS Building by Metro, please click on the following link here.)
- Taxi: You may take a taxi directly to Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS). Taxis are permitted to enter the campus. Tell the driver: “北京大学汇丰商学院” (Peking University HSBC Business School).
- Private Vehicles: Parking is not recommended due to extremely limited spaces in the area.
•. Campus Access
The Shenzhen University Town houses three universities: Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, and Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). You may enter through any gate of Shenzhen University Town. We recommend using the Northwest Gate of Peking University (“北京大学西北门”) if you come by Metro.

Once inside the campus, use Amap (“高德地图”) or Tencent Map (“腾讯地图”) to navigate to PHBS Building (“北京大学汇丰商学院”). The app provides precise walking directions to the venue.
