The Conundrum of Sense of Gain: Customer Mindset and Demand Management in the Process of Social Transformation

In the process of social transformation, "Sense of Gain" is influenced by many factors. To effectively enhance people's sense of gain, it is necessary not only to improve objective achievement, but also to effectively manage the various factors that affect sense of gain. For example, at the government level, it is necessary to work for the welfare of the people while avoiding raising excessive expectations; at the enterprise level, it is necessary to create value for customers while balancing the interests of multiple parties. Based on theoretical analysis and research data, this project explores the connotation of "Sense of Gain" and the factors that affect it from an academic perspective, revealing the socio-economic conditions and cultural-psychological foundations that support it. Based on academic research, we propose policy recommendations and management suggestions.
